Peter Maceroni was a judge for the 16th Circuit Court in Macomb County, Michigan. He was elected to the court in November 1990 and assumed office on January 1, 1991. Maceroni was re-elected in 1996, 2002 and 2008. From March of 1992 through December of 2004, he served as the chief judge of the court.[1] Maceroni retired from the bench at the end of his last term on January 1, 2015.[2][3]

Education

Maceroni received his B.A. degree from Hillsdale College in 1962 and his J.D. from the Wayne State University Law School in 1965.[1]

Career

Maceroni began his career as a private practice lawyer in 1966 and continued to work in that capacity until his election to the 16th Circuit Court in 1990.[1]
