Education

Michaelson earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1982.[3]

Career

At the time of Michaelson's judicial appointment in 2003, he was an attorney in private practice. He still works as an attorney, as he only serves part-time as a judge.[3]
