Peter Rioux
Peter Rioux is a former Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 42 from 2010 to 2012.
Biography
Rioux's professional experience includes owning a small business as a clockmaker. He is a scholar of Horology, the science of time, timekeeping and timekeepers, as well as a machinist and historian.
Rioux earned his Associate degree from the University of Maine.

Rioux's opponents in the November 2 general election were Democratic candidate Joseph Brooks and Green candidate Kenneth Cole. According to official results, Rioux defeated Brooks and Cole in the November 2 general election. [1] Republican incumbent Michael Thibodeau did not run for re-election, although he was able to do so under Maine's term limits.
