Peter Schweyer (Democratic Party) is a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 134. He assumed office on December 1, 2022. His current term ends on November 30, 2026.
Schweyer (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to represent District 134. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
He served on the Allentown City Council from 2008 to November 5, 2014.[1]
Biography
Peter Schweyer graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School in 1996. Schweyer earned a B.A. in political science from Pennsylvania State University. His career experience includes working as the director of community and government affairs at Sacred Heart Hospital, the chief of staff for former State Representative Jennifer L. Mann, and a legislative assistant to State Representative Steve Samuelson and State Senator Lisa M. Boscola.[1][2]
