Peter W. Schmehl is a judge on the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Schmehl was elected to the court in 1991. He was retained in 2001 and 2011. His current term expires in 2021.[2]

Schmehl earned his undergraduate degree from University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Villanova University.[3]
