The question on the ballot:

Be it resolved by the Board of Education of the School District of Phelps, Vilas County, Wisconsin, that the revenues included in the school district budget commencing with the 2012-2013 school year ending with the 2014-2015 school year be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91(2m), Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of paying operation and maintenance expenses by an amount of $895,000 each year for nonrecurring purposes.[2]
