Phil Appenzeller
Phil Appenzeller was the Place 7 incumbent on the Mesquite Board of Trustees in Texas. He was first elected to the board in 2009, and he served until his resignation in June 2015.[1]
Biography
Appenzeller has his bachelor's degree from Evangel University and his law degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. He is a shareholder and head of litigation for the law firm of Munsch, Hardt, Kopf and Harr. He and his wife, Rhonda, have two sons.[2]
