Phil Fitzgerald
Phil Fitzgerald was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 36th Congressional District of Texas.[1]
Biography
Fitzgerald has started and owned a number of small businesses including a propane company, convenience store, hotel, R.V. park, construction company and commercial and residential rental property. He also served Liberty County as a Justice of the Peace for 20 years and as Liberty County Judge for four years.[2]

2014
Fitzgerald ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 36th District. Fitzgerald was defeated by Brian Babin and Ben Streusand in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014.[3]
