Phil Melograne was a judge on the Washington Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was appointed by Governor Ed Rendell and in October 2010 and approved by the Pennsylvania Senate.[1] His term expired in 2011.

2011 election

Melograne ran for an open seat on the Washington County Court of Common Pleas. He was defeated by Lane Turturice in both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 20.5% of the vote in the primary.[2] All candidates running for the seat were cross-endorsed by the Republican and Democratic parties.[3]
