Phil Perry was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 39 of the South Carolina House of Representatives.

Perry ran in the 2012 election for South Carolina House of Representatives District 39. He was due to run against Ralph Shealy Kennedy and Jim Wiszowaty in the Republican primary on June 12, but was decertified. He filed and was accepted as a Petition Candidate and was on the ballot for the November 6 general election where he was defeated.[1][2] Incumbent Marion Frye (R) did not run for re-election.[3][4]
