Phil Richardson
Phil Richardson (b. August 18, 1942) is a former Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 56 from 2004 to 2012. He served as Assistant Majority Whip.
Biography
Richardson his B.S. in Agriculture from Oklahoma State University in 1965 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1967. His professional experience includes working as a veterinarian from 1970 to 1975 and as the owner and operator of Richardson Farms since 1975. He served as a Captain in the United States Army from 1967 to 1970.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Richardson won re-election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Because he ran unopposed, the number of votes was not published.[6] $15,867 was raised for this campaign.[7]
