Philip Finnegan
Philip J. Finnegan (1886-1959) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.[1]
Finnegan was nominated by President Harry Truman on April 8, 1949, to a seat vacated by William Morris Sparks; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 3, 1949, and received his commission on May 5th. He served until his death on January 4, 1959.[1]
