Philip Fraser
Philip Fraser (1814-1876) was a federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
He was nominated by President Abraham Lincoln on June 14, 1862. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 17, 1862, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on July 26, 1876.
