Philip H. Pennypacker was a judge for the Superior Court of Santa Clara County in California. He was appointed by former Governor Gray Davis in 2003 to succeed Robert Foley.[1][2]

Education

Pennypacker received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara Law School.[2]

Career

2012 election

Pennypacker ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Pennypacker was automatically re-elected.[3]
