Philip Marquardt

Philip Marquardt is a former Phoenix, Arizona Superior Court judge. Marquardt lost his job and law license in 1991 after his second marijuana conviction. In 2002, two men he sentenced to death in the 1980's challenged whether or not Marquardt's drug use robbed them of a fair trial.[1]
