Philip Prewitt is an associate judge for the 41st Judicial Circuit in Macon County, Missouri.[1] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Education

Prewitt graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. and J.D.[3]

Career

Prewitt was first licensed as an attorney in 1992.[4]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 5, 2014.
General: He defeated Kristen Burks in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 51.1 percent of the vote. [2]

Prewitt ran unsuccessfully for election to the 41st Circuit Court. He was unopposed in the Republican primary, but was defeated by incumbent Frederick Tucker in the November 6th election.[5][6]
