Philip R. Miller represented Trustee Area 3 on the Marysville Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees in California. He was first elected to the board on November 2, 2010, and served until 2014.[1]

Miller faced challenger Randy Rasmussen and lost his bid for re-election.
