I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer. I also have experience working behind the radio as a former Telecommunication Operator. My wife and I stay busy, despite of out blindness, with 2 ministries and a charity geared toward the needs & support for Law Enforcement officers and the disabled.
  • Truth - The American people have a right to know the truth concerning their representation by those they have elected.
  • Accountability - I believe the American citizens have the right to hold elected officials accountable for their actions.
  • Service - Elected officials must remember the reason they're in office and that is to serve the American people who placed them there.
I am passionate about my fight against illegal Immigration. Other areas of public policy that I am passionate about include Abortion, Religious Freedom, Law Enforcement Support, Abolition of Gun Control, and especial this time in history, Foreign Policy.
In regards to politics, I look up to former President Ronald Reagan because of his genuine love for the American people. He had the America First policy long before it became popular. Spiritually, Charles Swindoll, who sincerely loved God and Jesus Christ. Mr Swindoll never showed a condemning or judgemental attitude towards anyone.
I believe that the core responsibility for an elected official is to beheld accountable by constituency.
The legacy I would like to leave is that the voices of the citizens in my District were always heard, their needs were met, and their concerns were never ignored.
I do not believe two years is the right term length for representatives. I believe representatives should serve four year terms with the limit of 2 terms (8 years)
I strongly support term limits. One term is equivalent to two years. I believe term limits should be restructured so that the representative can serve up to two 4-year terms only.
I would like to model myself after former Congressional Representative Trey Gowdy.
