Philip Trompeter was a district court judge for the 23rd Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1] He served as a judge for the court from 1985 until his retirement from the bench on April 15, 2015.[2][3]
Education
Trompeter received his undergraduate degree from New York University and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[4]
