Phillip L. Hairston
Phillip L. Hairston was a judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit in Virginia. He was elected by the Virginia General Assembly on February 25, 2015, and took office on July 1. He retired this June of 2023 after his term expired.[1][2]
Education
Hairston received his J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the circuit court in 2015, Hairston was a district court judge for the 13th Judicial District in Virginia.[4]
