Phillip M. Fromme
Phillip M. Fromme was a judge for the Fourth Judicial District in Kansas. Fromme was retained in 2014 for a five-year term.[1] Fromme retired from the court on November 30, 2017.[2]
Biography
Fromme received his undergraduate degree from Washburn University and his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.[3] Prior to his elevation to the bench, Fromme worked as a private practice attorney and the Coffey County attorney.[3]

2014
Fromme was retained to District 4 with 62.3 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [1]
2010
Fromme was retained to office with 60.5% of the vote.[4][5]
