Phillip Naumoff was a 2014 candidate for the Richland County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Mansfield, Ohio.[1]

Naumoff ran for election to the Richland County Court of Common Pleas General Division.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 35.5 percent of the vote. He competed against incumbent Judge Brent N. Robinson.

Education
Naumoff received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1983 and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1993.[2]
Career
Naumoff has served as a magistrate for the City of Mansfield Municipal Court for four years. He also previously worked as an attorney in private practice for sixteen years.[2][3]
