Phillip Naumoff was a 2014 candidate for the Richland County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Mansfield, Ohio.[1]

Naumoff ran for election to the Richland County Court of Common Pleas General Division.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 35.5 percent of the vote. He competed against incumbent Judge Brent N. Robinson. [1] 

Education

Naumoff received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1983 and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1993.[2]

Career

Naumoff has served as a magistrate for the City of Mansfield Municipal Court for four years. He also previously worked as an attorney in private practice for sixteen years.[2][3]
