Phillip R. Lemley
Phillip R. Lemley was a 2013 Republican candidate for District 8 of the Washington State Senate.[1]

Lemley ran for election in the special election for Washington State Senate District 8. The election was for the remaining year of Jerome Delvin (R)'s term. Sharon Brown was selected to fill Delvin's vacancy for the 2013 legislative session. Lemley advanced in the Republican primary on August 6 and was defeated by incumbent Sharon Brown (R) in the special election, which took place on November 5.[2][3][4][5][6]
