Phillip Riley is a magisterial district judge for the Monroe County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the court on November 5, 2013 for a term expiring in 2019.[1]

Riley graduated from Pocono Central Catholic High School in 1980.[2]
Career
Prior to being elected to the bench, Riley served as chief of police for the Pocono Township in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. He has worked as a law enforcement officer for 28 years. He previously served in the U.S. Air Force as a military police officer.[2]
