Phillip Spenrath is the judge on the Wharton County Court in Texas. He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Spenrath ran for re-election to the Wharton County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 61.9 percent of the vote. He competed against Sarah Hudgins.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 4, 2014. [1][2][3] 

2010

Spenrath ran unopposed in the Republican primary. He defeated Harry Priesmeyer in the general election, winning 62.3% of the vote.[4][5]
