Phillip Sterner
Phillip Sterner (b. May 18, 1960) was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 56 of the Minnesota State Senate.
Sterner served in the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 37B from 2009 to 2011.
Biography
Sterner earned his B.A. from Saint Thomas University. He is owner of and works and an agent for an insurance agency.
Sterner is a member of the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce, Cedar Corridor Transportation Improvement Group, and Capital Campaign Committee of the Minnesota Valley Humane Society. He is married and has five children.[1]
