Philmund Lee
Philmund Lee ran for election to the Honolulu City Council to represent District 5 in Hawaii. Lee lost in the primary on August 8, 2020.
Lee was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of Hawaii.[1] Lee failed to file prior to the filing deadline.[2]
