Phyllis J. Broker was a District Court judge for the Woburn District Court in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. She was appointed to the court by Gov. Paul Cellucci in 1999.[1] She retired in 2010 upon reaching the mandatory retirement age.[2]
Education
Broker received her education from the Northeastern University School of Law.[2]
