Phyllis M. Rosier
Phyllis M. Rosier was a judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was appointed to the court by former Governor Jeb Bush in April 2006.[1][2][3][4] Rosier opted to retire in lieu of seeking re-election in 2014. Her last day on the bench was January 1, 2015.[5][6]
Education
Rosier received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1981.[2][7]
