Phyllis Reha
Phyllis Reha served on the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission from 2001-2013.[1] Reha was appointed to the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission by Gov. Jesse Ventura in May 2001, reappointed by Gov. Tim Pawlenty in June 2007, and served as Vice Chair.[1]
Biography
Reha was appointed by the U.S. Department of Energy, Secretary Steven Chu, to serve on the Electricity Advisory Committee (EAC) of the U.S. Department of Energy.Cite error: Invalid <ref>
tag; invalid names, e.g. too many She is a member of NARUC and served as Chair of the Energy Resources and Environment Committee and served on the Board of Directors. She serves on the Advisory Councils of the National Council on Electricity Policy, the New Mexico State University Center for Public Utilities and the Financial Research Institute of the University of Missouri.[1]
Prior to appointment, Reha spent 20 years as an Administrative Law Judge and was an Adjunct Professor for 13 years at Hamline University Graduate School of Public Administration and Management.[1]
