Piccolo appointed to County Court

North Platte, Nebraska: Michael Piccolo was appointed to Nebraska's 11th District Court on December 3, 2010 by Gov. Heineman. Piccolo, an attorney who has practiced law since 1985 and who has run his own law practice since 2007, stated that the judgeship "will be a change of pace for me," but that he is looking forward to it. He will have to close down his private law practice before joining the court. He will replace Kent Florom on the bench.[1]
