Pinewood Country Road District Formation (May 2010)

A Pinewood Country Road District Formation measure was on the May 18, 2010 ballot in the Pinewood Country road district area which is in Deschutes County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 16 (69.57%) Approveda
  • NO 7 (30.43%)[1]

This measure sought to create a road district in the area as well as establishing a property tax for local residents to maintain the district's services. The tax will be at a rate of $2.50 per $1,000 of assessed property value.[2]
