Anne Beebe-Center (Democratic Party) (also known as Pinny) is a member of the Maine State Senate, representing District 12. She assumed office on December 6, 2022. Her current term ends on December 1, 2026.
Beebe-Center (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Maine State Senate to represent District 12. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Anne Beebe-Center graduated from The Bromfield School in 1970. Beebe-Center earned a bachelor's degree in history and literature from Windham College in 1974 and a master's degree in information management from Lesley University in 1986. Her career experience includes working as the principal consultant with Starbuck Associates, a regional manager with Penquis, and a management analyst with the Maine Department of Transportation.[1]

Anne "Pinny" Beebe-Center (D) defeated James Kalloch (R), Ron Huber (G) and Shawn Levasseur (L) in the special election on March 10.[6][7][8]
The seat was vacant following Elizabeth Dickerson's (D) resignation on January 13, 2015, to move to Colorado.[9]
A special election for the position of Maine House of Representatives District 93 was called for March 10. Candidates were nominated by parties rather than chosen in primaries.[6]
