A Piqua City Police & Fire Income Tax Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Miami County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the city of Piqua to increase property taxes by 0.25% in order to fund Police and Fire protection services.[1]
