Two Pitkin County Charter Amendment measures was on the November 1, 2011 ballot in Pitkin County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure seeks to clean up and clarify language in the charter that deals with elections in the county.

  • YES 2,765(76%)Approveda
  • NO 858 (24%)

The second measure seeks to change the way in which public meetings are announced and fix discrepancies in the charter that deal with selling county land.[1]

  • YES 1,995 (66%)Approveda
  • NO 1,038 (34%)[2]
