A Pleasantville Village Parks Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Fairfield County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the village of Pleasantville to increase property taxes by 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund parks and recreational services.[1]
