A Plymouth Village Cemetery Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Richland County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Village of Plymouth to renew a property tax levy of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years to fund the cemetery.[1]
