A collective bargaining agreement (CBA), in the context of police union contracts, is a contract between a state, city, or other governing entity and a police union to establish rights, protections, and provisions for law enforcement officers. What follows is the text of the Memorandum of Understanding between the city of Glendale, Arizona and the Glendale Police Officers Coalition which was effective for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 fiscal years.[1]
