A collective bargaining agreement (CBA), in the context of police union contracts, is a contract between a state, city, or other governing entity and a police union to establish rights, protections, and provisions for law enforcement officers. What follows is the text of the Agreement between the city of Indianapolis, Indiana, and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #86 which became effective on January 1, 2021, and expired on December 31, 2024.[1]
