A collective bargaining agreement (CBA), in the context of police union contracts, is a contract between a state, city, or other governing entity and a police union to establish rights, protections, and provisions for law enforcement officers. What follows is the text of the Agreement between the city of Orlando, Florida and the Orlando Lodge #25 Fraternal Order of Police which became effective on October 2, 2022, and expired on September 30, 2025.[1]
