A collective bargaining agreement (CBA), in the context of police union contracts, is a contract between a state, city, or other governing entity and a police union to establish rights, protections, and provisions for law enforcement officers. What follows is the text of the Tentative Agreement between the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the Fraternal Order of Police Fort Pitt Lodge No. 1, which became effective on January 1, 2023, and will expire on December 31, 2025.[1]
