A collective bargaining agreement (CBA), in the context of police union contracts, is a contract between a state, city, or other governing entity and a police union to establish rights, protections, and provisions for law enforcement officers. What follows is the text of the agreement entered into by the city of Wichita, Kansas, and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5 effective December 25, 2021, and expired on December 20, 2024.[1]
