A collective bargaining agreement (CBA), in the context of police union contracts, is a contract between a state, city, or other governing entity and a police union to establish rights, protections, and provisions for law enforcement officers. What follows is the text of the Collective Bargaining Agreement entered into by the state of Washington and the Washington State Patrol Troopers Association which became effective on July 1, 2023, and expired on June 30, 2025.[1]
