I (Polly Looper) am a law enforcement and private investigation professional with 30 years of experience in criminal investigations and security operations. I hold an Associate in Applied Science in Police Science, an Associate in Applied Science in Security Loss Prevention/Terrorism, a Certificate in Private Investigation, and Evidence Technician School from Fox Valley Technical College. Polly earned her Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce (’23) and her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M International University, Laredo (’24), graduating Summa Cum Laude from both.

I served as a 911 Dispatcher and Police officer before becoming a Fraud Investigator for the Oneida Nation Tribe of Indians, leading high-profile investigations in fraud, white-collar, and organized crime. She now works as a licensed Private Investigator and Civil Process Server, providing services to the public, corporate clients, law firms, and even the Harris County Public Defenders’ Office. I am also a sought-after speaker and consultant in law enforcement and security, and is active in my community as a board member of my Public Utility District and developer of the Cypress Station Management District. I have contributed to criminal justice research with Texas A&M International, studying violent youth pathways impacting system reform.

My devotion to seeking the truth is the foundation of who I am.
  • Keeping our families and communities safe has always been at the heart of my work. With decades of experience in law enforcement and private investigation, I know the importance of standing with our police, confronting crime head-on, and ensuring justice through strong public policy.

I believe in supporting law enforcement with the tools they need, strengthening laws to protect victims, and holding criminals accountable. As a former officer, I have worked alongside officers, attorneys, and families to uncover the truth in difficult cases, from homicides to missing persons.

Texans deserve safe neighborhoods and the freedom to raise their families without fear. I will always fight for policies that back the blue and secure our streets.
  • I believe every life is precious and deserves protection. From the unborn child to the most vulnerable in our communities, life is a sacred gift from God, and it must be defended. As a mother and a Christian, I know that standing for life means standing for the most innocent among us. I will always oppose abortion and fight to ensure that Texas remains a strong pro-life state. Protecting life also means supporting mothers and families, ensuring they have access to resources, care, and community support when they choose life. My commitment is clear: I will defend the unborn, honor the dignity of every person, and work to build a culture of life that strengthens families and reflects the values of our faith and our state.
  • The FM 1960 corridor was once a thriving hub for families and businesses. Today, too many areas face blight, empty storefronts, and neglect. Revitalization begins with improving public safety, cleaning up properties, and encouraging responsible development that brings quality jobs. For the past four years, I’ve worked with business owners, community stakeholders, law enforcement, and Harris County Public Health to bring services where they’re needed most. I remain committed to restoring pride and opportunity so FM 1960 is once again a place families are proud to call home.
I am especially passionate about public safety, protecting individual freedoms, and strengthening local communities. I care deeply about responsible economic development that supports small businesses and job creation, improving infrastructure, and ensuring government is accountable and transparent. I am also committed to safeguarding parental rights, medical freedom, and policies that put families first while respecting personal choice. The government should not be in the citizens' everyday business.
