Ponda A. Caldwell is a probate judge for the Spartanburg County Probate Court in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.[1] She was appointed to the court by former Governor Mark Sanford on January 13, 2005.[2] She was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expires in 2018.[3]
