| “ | SHALL THE VILLAGE OF PORT BYRON ADOPT AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING NONPARTISAN ELECTIONS FOR THE OFFICES OF MAYOR, TRUSTEE, AND VILLAGE CLERK, AND PROHIBITING POLITICAL PARTY NOMINATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS AND PROVIDING FOR THE CONTENTS OF NOMINATING PETITIONS FOR NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES TO SAID ELECTIVE OFFICES AND THE NUMBER OF SIGNATURES REQUIRED ON SAID NOMINATING PETITIONS, AND PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF SELECTING CANDIDATES FOR SAID OFFICE?
