A Post Mountain Public Utilities District parcel tax, Measure T ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the Post Mountain Utilities District in Trinity County, where it was defeated.
If Measure T had been approved, it would have authorized the Post Mountain Public Utility District to impose a special tax of $35.00 per year on each parcel of property in the district. The revenue from the tax would have been used for "roads maintenance, equipment maintenance, snowplowing, administrative services, and general maintenance of the Public Utility District."
A two-thirds (66.67%) vote was required for approval.

| Measure T: "Shall the Post Mountain Public Utility District impose a special tax of thirty five dollars ($35.00) per year on each parcel of property within the geographic boundaries of the Post Mountain Public Utility District to provide for continued support and services of the district to include, but not be limited to; roads maintenance, equipment maintenance, snowplowing, administrative services, and general maintenance of the Public Utility District? Property owners within the district boundaries will be assessed thirty five dollars($35.00) per parcel."[1] |
