Poudre School District Bond Measure (November 2010)
A Poudre School District Bond Measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Poudre school district area, which is in Larimer County.
This measure was approved
- YES 35,977 (51.09%)

- NO 34,437 (48.91%)[1]
This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $120 million in order to purchase new technology for classrooms, improve security in the schools as well as upgrading facilities as needed in the district.[2] Budget shortfalls were expected and school officials said they expected residents would see those needs and approve the measure.[3] At the time the measure was voted on the district had cut $12 million from its budget and was looking to consolidate schools to further cut costs. If the bond was approved, all 51 schools in the district would see a portion of the extra money.[4]
Current Statewide
A 2013 statewide measure, Amendment 66, would authorize Colorado to increase taxes with an expected revenue increase of $950 million for school funding.[5]
