Biography
Pradel Vilme was born in Florida. He received a bachelor's degree from Florida International University in 1993 and a graduate degree from Phoenix University in 2008. Vilme's professional experience includes being a real estate investor. He has been affiliated with Social Harmany Corporation, Ledar Cultural Center, and North Miami Beach Community Redevelopment Agency.[1]
