Two Preble County Health & Library Levy Addition measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Preble County.
The first measure sought to add to the current health services levy setting at a rate 3.1 mills for a further five years in order to help support health services offered in the county.

The second measure sought to add to the current library services levy by a rate 1 mill for a further five years in order to help pay for current expenses of the library services offered in the county.[1]
